• Streszczenie: Research conducted at SDN 2 Sumber Agung Klego Boyolali with qualitative research. Data collection techniques is using deep interview, observation method, and documentation. Data analysis uses structural. Study results are (1) Financial resources SDN 2 Sumber Agung Klego Boyolali are from the state budget and regional budget, it means elementary school financial especially in SDN 2 Sumber Agung Klego Boyolali is no longer charged to the public. The existence of financial resources borned by the government to realize the government's work program, beside in order to enhance quality of human resources to compete in national and international arena, this research supports Hill’s research (2006); (2) School financial usage by headmaster and school finance (program responsible), but for big budget, school financial management done by school committee. School financial management in 2 SDN 2 Sumber Agung Klego Boyolali always checks by school committee, supervisor, and Head of UPT Dikdas, and also other instancies as Bawasda, BPK. This r esearch result supports Theobald’s theory (2006); (3) School finance (program responsible) made School financial management responsibility in responsibility report sistematicly. Based on data, responsibility report made periodicly, which starts in mothly r eport, threemonths report, semester report, and annual report. This is Jorgenson’s research result (2006).
