The data are taken from the products in Indonesian which uses borrowing words. To analyze the data the writer is using descriptive method. The data of the research are written data namely English-Indonesian borrowing words that are found in daily need products. In order to collect the data, the writer must, first, read every the name of products. Find the data, collect and write them in a piece of paper. To analyze the data the writer firstly, classified the forms of borrowing words, classified based on the structure of borrowing, spelling of borrowing in Indonesian, kinds of borrowing, linguistics forms, and at last draw conclusion.
The result of the data analysis are divided into four sections, first, structure of borrowing which divided into four subsections, namely; phonological e.g. rinso, pronunciation e.g krim, morphological e.g frutcy and grammatical gery bismart. Second, the spelling of borrowing are divided into three, namely; adding elements e.g rinso, losing elements e.g fres and total change so klin (partial change) and krim (full change). Third, the kinds of borrowing are divided into three, namely Kinds of loan word, loan shift e.g. kental manis, loan blend e.g fres-tea. In here loan word are divided into two subsection, namely partial loan word e.g so klin and full loan word e.g krim, stik. Finally, the linguistics forms which are divided in three, namely; word e.g brikko, phrase e.g chil-mil and sentence gery bismart
