Kedisiplinan Pegawai Negeri Sipil diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 30 Tahun 1980 tentang Peraturan Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang memuat antara lain mengenai kewajiban yang harus ditaati, larangan yang tidak boleh dilanggar, dan sanksi yang akan dikenakan. Dengan adanya peraturan disiplin tersebut diharapkan setiap insan Pegawai Negeri Sipil mempunyai mental yang baik, bermutu tinggi, dan sadar akan tanggung jawab tugas pemerintahan. Untuk menciptakan Aparatur Pemerintah yang bersih dan berwibawa di Negara Republik Indonesia ini, sebagai landasannya yaitu dengan memberikan pembinaan disiplin terhadap Aparatur Pemerintah secara terarah dan berkesinambungan. Peningkatan disiplin terhadap Aparatur Pemerintah meupakan unsur yang sangat penting guna mengoptimalkan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dalam mewujudkan pelayanan yang dinamis dan bertanggung jawab. Penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui mengetahui bentuk-bentuk pelanggaran disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang terjadi, model pembinaan yang dilakukan, penanganan dan sanksi juga kendala yang dihadapi Kantor Wilayah Departemen Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah dalam hubungannya dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 30 Tahun 1980. Sedang untuk tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk pelanggarang disiplin, untuk mengetahui model pembinaan yang dilakukan, untuk mengetahui penanganan dan sanksi terhadap Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang melakukan pelanggaran, juga untuk mengetahui kendala apa saja yang dihadapi Kantor Wilayah Departemen Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Dari penelitian tersebut diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa masih diperlukannya sosialisasi terhadap Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 30 Tahun 1980 Tentang Peraturan Displin Pegawai Negeri Sipil guna memahami tentang kewajiban, larangan dan sanksi Pegawai Negeri Sipi guna tercapainya Aparatur Negara yang bersih dan berwibawa. This research is to intend for to know the form of the transgression, the model of official contructions, the sanction and the handle and also obstacle that face on the Region Office The Religion Departemen Center Java Province. That cause need the interdisiplinner toward the Government Official in that carry out order and her obligation in order that can beresponsibility for nation and the country Indonesian Republic that to have a base Pancasila and 1945 Constitusion. The Interdisiplinner to Sipil Government Official it’s arrange in Government regulation Number 30 ‘1980 about Discipline Regulation the Government Official that contain about responsibility that must be loyal, the prohibition that not to break, and the sanction that can be given. With was like that the discipline arrange to hope every person the Government Official have a good bounce, in high quality, and aware on order Government Official responsibility. But still to meet discipline trangessions the Government Official in Region Office Religion Departement Central Java Province. For that to need socialitattion about the Government Regulation Number 30 ‘1980 and with give the discipline contruction in one direction and be continued. To be rise the discipline it’s to represent that very important unsure use to optimal the common Government in to realize the dinamis servce and responsibility. The research that do for to knom the shape of discipline infringement the Government Official that happen, the contruction model that do, the handle and the sanction also constraint that face Regent Office Religion Departement Central Java Province in relationship with the Government Regulation Number 30 ‘1980. While for this purpose research it’s for to know about the shape of discipline nfringement, for to know the contruction model that do, for to know to handle and the sanction toward the Government Official that do the infringement, also for to know what contrait that face the Regent Office Religion Departemen Central Java Province. From those research can be obtain the conclusion that always to need the socialize toward the Government Regulation Number 30 ‘1980 abaut the Regulation of Discipline Government Official to use the undersatand about obligation, the prohibitation and the sanction the Official Government to use the reached Country Aparatur that clean and the prestige.
