Summary:The purposes of this research are to find out the contribution principal’s leadership, education, and climate of working to the Elementary School’s performance and also to find out the variable with the biggest contribution to the Elementary School’s performance on District Kebonagung Pacitan on Second Semester on 2010/2011 Educational Year. This is a quantitative research that using numerical analyzes. This research applied proportional random sampling with 32 persons of respondents, according with Sugiyono’s Sampling for 34 persons of respondents. The author used the questioner as a tool to collect the data and then processed and analyzed by using Regression Equation, Goodness of Fit Test, Estimation of Parameter Test, Normality Test, Heteroskedastisitas Test, Auto Correlation Test and Multi Correlation Test. The result of this research are 1) the simultaneous contribution of principal’s leadership, education, and climate of working to the Elementary School’s performance on District of Pacitan is 87,1% with ρ 0,000. 2) the partial contribution of principal’s leadership to the Elementary School’s performance on District of Pacitan is 0,558 dimension with ρ 0,000. 3) the partial contribution of education to the Elementary School’s performance on District of Pacitan is 0,243 dimension with ρ 0,049. 4) the partial contribution of climate of working to the Elementary School’s performance on District of Pacitan is is 0,239 dimension with ρ 0,014. The suggestions of this research are 1) the principal can apply his leadership with his style and type very well, has good personality with determination, and also has competencies as a leader. 2) the school can develop its educational qualitity. 3) school community can form climate of working very well. Interactions with mutuality are needed to create conducive climate of working.
